Cancellation Policy

If you should need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. To do so, simply phone the practice on 020 7638 2999.

Unfortunately if you fail to provide sufficient notice or fail to turn up to an appointment we will regretfully have to impose a 50% cancellation charge.
