The tests included in these medicals represent our standard packages. However we would be more than happy to work with you to create a range of medicals that are customised to suit the needs of your company and staff.

    Medicals

Premier Health Screen (2 hours): this is the most comprehensive medical available. It includes an exercise or stress ECG in which a patient’s heart is monitored during exercise.

Executive Health Screen (75 minutes): is a full and detailed medical examination similar to the Premier but with an ECG taken at rest rather than during exerise.

Well Man Screen (45 minutes): is a shorter but thorough medical examination that is designed to detect the disorders that are, according to research, most likely to affect men during their adult lives. A detailed medical and family history and medical examination is carried out.

Well Woman Screen (30 minutes): As above but geared towards diseases that are most likely to affect women in their early adult lives. A full gynaecological history is taken which includes a menstrual and obstetric family history.

Well Woman Plus (45 minutes): Is designed to provide a thorough medical to detect disorders that most effect women in their adult lives. It is more extensive than the Well Woman and includes extra tests such as a blood test, ECG and lung function test.

Pre-Employment Medicals (30 or 75 minutes): are medical examinations in which the doctor acts as an agent of the prospective employer. The examination will be carried out by a doctor who has not previously been a carer for the patient. A report will be submitted to the company in an agreed format.

Lifestyle and Cardio-Vascular Risk Assessment (15 minutes): this is a short and basic medical that seeks to determine a persons cardio-vascular risk from a series of short tests and medical/family history.

All tests from start to finish are carried out by the examining doctor thus allowing the patient more time to raise concerns and discuss them in a relaxed and informal environment.
